Today, we are preparing a quick and delicious recipe: Spaghetti alla Bottarga
Ingredients for 6 people
1 clove of garlic
extra virgin olive oil
100g Bottarga, grated
1 pinch of salt
Lightly fry the garlic in the oil in a high-sided pan. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until half cooked, almost ‘al dente’ (about 5 minutes).
Drain the spaghetti but save the cooking water. Tip the pasta into the pan and toss it, stirring and sprinkling the bottarga on top.
Add a little of the cooking water set aside previously until the dish is ready. We recommend serving Spaghetti alla Bottarga piping hot, accompanied by a glass of Semidano di Mogoro.
