Blue Marlin, a sea of quality since 1996.
Our strength lies in our ability to ensure that the end consumer enjoys the very best quality of our products. Our best-selling product is undoubtedly Bottarga, in all its different shades and tastes.
The company was founded in Mogoro in Sardinia with the aim of publicising and exporting our speciality, Bottarga.

Our Mission
To let the world know about a centuries-old tradition and the unique taste of our Bottarga.
We have achieved this through both the expertise handed down from one generation to the next and modern technology which boosts the production processes, quality control and certification of the packaged product.
Processing is performed through a strictly artisanal process. With a slightly salty taste that conjures up the smell of the sea.
