Is the bottarga 100% Sardinian?
Yes, it is. Our Bottarga is produced from the roe of female grey mullet caught in the Tyrrhenian Sea, along the coasts of the Sinis peninsula, in the Gulf of Oristano.
Do you have different types of bottarga?
Yes, we do. You can choose between Bottarga di Cefalo and Bottarga di Muggine, either whole or ground, vacuum-packed or in glass jars.
Do you have any other products besides classic Bottarga?
Yes, we do. In addition to Bottarga, we have a range of spreads and preserves, including sauces and products preserved in oil.

Yes, you can. We have ongoing B2B partnerships all over Italy and abroad with companies operating in large-scale distribution, HORECA and local resellers.

Yes, you can. For companies who want to enter into a partnership to resell our products, we offer a dedicated price list after a sales requirement analysis.
B2B, is there a minimum purchase that must be made?
No, the purchase will be calculated based on the market demands of the company requesting supply. There is no minimum purchase constraint.
